Cook sausage in large skillet on medium heat 10 min stirring frequently. Drain grease. Add peppers. Cook and stir 7 min until peppers crisp - tender. Stir in tomatoes. Cook two minutes. Stir occasionally.
Drain pasta. Add to sausage top with shred cheese. Optional to top with Parmesan.
