Suggest a better descriptionSaute garlic in oil over medium heat in a large saute pan for 1 minute. Add bok choy; increase heat and saute 2 minutes. Add water and pepper flakes. Cover pan, steam bok choy for 2 mins. Remove lid, simmer bok choy until water evaporates, 2-3 mins. Season bok choy with salt; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
