Suggest a better descriptionIn a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil. Add garlic and onion, cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add chopped chard stems and whit wine, stir and simmer until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in chopped chard leaves. Cook until wilted. Add lemon juice and Parmesan, stir and salt to taste.
