Peel, core and slice apples into 1/4 inch slices. Sprinkle 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice over sliced apples and toss to coat. Melt butter in large saute pan over medium heat. Saute apples for approx. 4 min. Shake pan often to distribute pan juices. Sprinkle cooked apples with cinnamon-sugar spice and brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved. Continue to cook 2-5 more minutes over medium heat, shaking pan often. Just before serving, add remaining 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice and stir. Pour apples into medium serving bowl. Let apples cool, then serve at room temp.
