Sauté shrimp in butter for 8 to 10 minutes in a sauce pot. Add the mushrooms, green onions, celery, and Worcestershire sauce (to taste) and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the wine, basil, and salt and pepper (to taste) and simmer for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and cover. Serve over rice.
