Heat a medium skillet over medium to high heat. Add olive oil, when oil is heated, add green beans, garlic, salt and pepper and sprinkle with marjoram. Saute for about 3 minutes, add water, cover, lower heat to medium and cook 15 to 20 minutes. Uncover and cook until any moisture is evaporated.
