Suggest a better descriptionIn a large saute pan, with a lid, heat the oil. Add the garlic and saute briefly. Add the damp spinach leaves and saute quickly , using tongs to move the spinach around the pan. Add the lemon juice and quickly cover the pan and allow the spinach to steam for 30 seconds. Remove the lid and season with salt and pepper. Continue to saute, stirring often, until the spinach is evenly wilted. Serve immediately.
