In a large zip lock back add flour salt and pepper. Add beef tips a little at a time shake thoroughly. Lightly coat all of the beef tips and set aside. In a large skillet melt the butter. Add in the onion and saute' until clear. Add beef tips and cook until browned. In your slow cooker add the beef tips and all other ingredients. Cook on high until the beef and potatoes are done. Hollow out each bread bowl and serve the stew into each bowl.
