This pie came out perfect!
Sautee onion and mince, add tomatoes, garlic,oregano, Parsley,Salt, Pepper & (mushrooms, optional) simmer for 15 - 20 minutes, add flour to thicken. Let cool. Line a deep pie dish with pastry and add pie mixture.
Combine egg, milk & cheese, pour on top of pie. bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes, reduce heat & bake for another 30-35 minutes or until topping is set & slightly golden.
Serve with a green salad.
