Add garlic & sautee until tender
Add peas & carrots to the garlic, saute for 8-10 minutes
Combine rice to the saute pan, toss ingredients together
Heat rice mixture to 175, place into a 1/2 foil pan
Cover with plastic & foil lid
Place into hot box until ready for delivery
