I made this recipe for my wife after she tasted the salsa from chipolte. When she sampled mine she said "THIS IS IT" from then on it has been a hit at my home and at her work place they love it there and I hope you do to!
Here's what you do.
After chopping all of your vegetables add the seasonings and mix well.
Taste and make adjustments to your liking. Add the 2tbls. of tomato juice.
Refridgerate to let all the ingredients come together for a wonderful savory salsa!
