A wonderful chicken breast recipe easily made with ingredients usually found already in your kitchen.
In a small sauce pan, heat olive oil and sautee garlic, onions and peppers until tender.
Reserve about 2/3''''rds of mixture in a small bowl. In the pan (holding the remaining mixture, add the cream of mushroom soup and the white wine. Mix well but no need to heat through.
Mix the shredded cheese with the reserved pepper and onion mixture.
Slice the chickenbreasts (not all the way through) to make a pocket. Place the cheese, onion, garlic and pepper mixture inside the breast.
Place the breasts in a lightly greased baking dish and season with poultry seasoning.
Cover the breasts with the cream of mushroom sauce and top with dry fried onions.
Bake in preheated 350 oven for 35 to 45 minutes until chicken reaches temperature. Let rest then serve with your favorite sides!
