Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of an 8 inch round baking pain.
2. Combine all purpose flour, whole wheat flour, onion, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl, mix well and set aside. Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, oil and eggs in large bowl. Mix well
3. Add flour mixture to sweet potato mixture, stir until combined. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan
4. Bake bread until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 25-30 minutes. Place pan on a wire rack to cool slightly. Cut into wedges. Serve warm.
