In a skillet melt margarine, and cook onion until tender - approx 4 min
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
Stir in green beans and cook for 1 min
Add broth and lemon juice, and bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer for 6 min, until green beans are tender crisp.
Season with salt and pepper.
