Combine the salsa with 1 tablespoon of the sour cream in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate. In a bowl mix the turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and avocado. Add the salsa and sour cream to the bowl and mix. In a bowl add 1 inch layers of lettuce and cheese, rotating until all ingredients used. Top with remaining sour cream and the guacamole.
