Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Peel and slice potatoes
Parboil potatoes for 5 minutes. Drain and cool by running cold water over them.
While potatoes are cooling,
Gently heat cream, Garlic, white pepper and nutmeg to 150 degrees for 10 minutes.
Create at least 3 layers consisting of Potato, Cheese and bacon in each layer.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the top start to brown.
Let cool for 15 minutes
