Suggest a better descriptionPeel potatoes. Wash and slice potatoes making slices about 1/8 in thick. Put potatoed in roasting pan. Pour heavy cream over potatotes to cover them. Put lid on and put in 350 oven until done. Remove lid and leave in oven to brown.
