This is Corinne's recipe
1. Preheat oven to 425°
2. Combine potatoes butter and water in 1.5 L greased casserole dish. Stir until the butter is melted.
3. Stir in milk broccoli and half the bacon and cheese. Bake uncovered for 35 minutes.
4. Remove from oven. Top with remaining cheese and green onions. Let's stand covered until cheese melts . About three minutes.
