Suggest a better descriptionStart cooking rice. Boil water for asparagus.
Rinse scallops under cold water.
Pour flour on plate, mix in spices.
Cook asparagus.
Heat olive oil in saute pan
Roll scallops in flour
Sear scallops on both sides til cooked thru and browned. Cook all scallops and keep warm.
Add white wine to hot pan and deglaze pan. Reduce wine.
Add a little butter and heat till melted and combined.
To Plate:
Make a bed of brown rice. Arrange asparagus in fan shape over the rice.
Place a scallop between each asparagus stalk.
Top with wine reduction
