Preheat oven to 350F. Grease cast iron skillet.
Combine dry ingredients (four through sugar) in large bowl. Combine wet ingredients (eggs, butter, sour cream & milk) then add to dry ingredients. Dough will be very stiff and sticky. Stir in raisins.
Transfer to prepared skillet. Push any raisins on top under surface so they don't burn.
Bake for one hour.
