Orange and raisins scones
Sift all dry ingredients (except sugar)
Add sugar and mix
Rub in margarine
Add raisins and orange peel
In separate bowl whisk the egg and milk
Make a well in the centre of the flour mixture and pour In The liquid Mix to form a soft dough.
Using a spoon scoop out spoonful of dough and place on greased baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes
The orange rind make these worthwhile. Don't forget it.
Add extra milk if the mixture is too dry.
