Mix sausage, 1 tablespoon flour, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Make 6 even balls from sausage mixture. Flatten. Place egg on each patty and form ball around egg. Place 1 1/2 cups a flour on a plate and on another plate place bread crumbs and one plate for a regular egg. Lightly roll in flour then in egg then in bread crumbs. Fry in oil until golden brown than place in oven for 10 minutes.
I skip the oil and just bake for 45 minutes.
