Scotch fillet steaks
Source: mi
1) coat steaks in butter all around on each side
2) generously salt and pepper them
3) make the pan med-hi heat
4) once hot then place in pan and flip when blood comes to steak surface
5) flip few more times till you get a nice crust on the steak and it smells yummy :)
6) rest for a few mins then serve with steam veg/veg/mash and GRAVY! (or BBQ)
