Base for ice cream
1. Whisk vanilla extract, salt,egg yolks and sugar till color lightens.
2. Heat 1 cup of cream On Medium High heat, Just till comes to a boil and remove from heat.
3. Slowly add cream to egg mixture whisking constantly.
4. Return to low heat and stir till coats back of spoon.
5. Remove and cover with cling to prevent skim and cool to room temperature
