1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 12 muffin cups, or line with paper muffin liners.
2. Warm bacon in skillet or microwave. OR cook & stir sausage until sausage is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, 10 to 15 minutes; drain.
3. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in onion, green pepper, other vegetables, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix in bacon (or sausage) and cheese. Use a 1/3 measuring cup to "spoon" egg mixture into muffin cups.
4. Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean; 20 to 25 minutes.
