Combine the chili powder,cumin,oregano and mix well.
Break the eggs into separate bowl.
Add all ingredients and stir until mixed .
Pour into a non stick skillet.
Cook until soft scrambled. Season with salt.
Brush the mushroom caps with the olive oil.
Place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 3 to 5 min.
Spoon equal amounts of the egg mixture into the mushroom caps.
sprinkle lightly with chili powder.
