Spray pan with cooking spray or butter. Crack eggs in a bowl and mix with a fork until yellow. Pour into pan. Start to scramble the eggs when edges are COMPLETELY bubbly. Put cheese on and cover then let then simmer. When cheese melts, mix into eggs.
