Simple and healthy breakfast meal to start the day
**First dice up the onions and bell peppers**
Put 2 tablespoons of butter in pan and turn the stove on medium. Let the butter melt most the way before throwing in the 1/4 cup of onions and 1/4 cup of green peppers. Sautee veggies a little, then crack three whole eggs. Scramble right away to mix the yolks and whites together. Consistently mix to keep the eggs from cooking too fast. Add the cream cheese last and let it melt and mix accordingly.
Keep the heat medium low the whole time you are cooking. This ensures the eggs don't cook too fast and become plastic like in texture
