Comfort food, Favorite family recipe my Grandmother used to make me in the 1960's
Saute onion,green pepper & Celery until golden brown.
Add soup and cheese, stir until well blended and cheese completely melted.
Brown ground beef/drain & combine with cheese sauce.
cook noodles/ drain as directed on package. combine all ingredients.
Place in large casserole dish with buttered bread crumbs bake 1/2 hour at 350
I use double cheese when I make this recipe that is the way I like it.
