Tasty baked sea bass dish
Preheat oven to 350 deg F
Heat olive oil in skillet over med/high heat until hot
Season both sides of sea bass with salt and pepper then sear both sides of sea bass (1-2 minutes per side)
Let cool
Lay prosciutto in bottom of baking dish, placing fish on top
Brush top generously with egg whites and top with pistachios, pressing to adhere.
Bake until fish is cooked through (12-16 minutes)
Top with coconut sauce
