Cook pasta according to the package, adding broccoli the last 2 minutes of cooking time.
Drain, cover and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet; add garlic, basil, rosemary and tomatoes.
Cook 1 minute.
Add wine and reduce by 1/2. Add broth.
Toss in broccoli and pasta; stir until heated through.
Add cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
