Suggest a better descriptionPlace the cod in a saucepan with the milk and season to taste. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 6-8 minutes. Drain fish and reserve the milk. Remove the skin from the cod and flake the flesh into a bowl. Cook the pasta following the instructions on the pack and drain. Meanwhile, melt the butter and fry the mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minutes. Gradually stir in the milk and simmer gently for 1 minute until thick and smooth. Stir the prawns, orange rind and juice and cooked pasta into the sauce and heat through thoroughly. Transfer to a warmed serving dish and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately. NOTES : A delicious supper dish for 4. Serve with crusty bread and a mixed salad.
