seafood and pasta a great combo
1.Place clams in a large pot with in clam juice, cover and steam till open remove clams add shrimp & scallops for 2 mins. remove fish save broth
2.Saut? garlic in olive oil till browned, add white wine, parsley, lemon juice, oregano and reserved broth & reduce for 2/4 minutes
3.Add seafood back into pan along with a laddle of pasta water - cook 3 mins
4. Cook pasta, drain and toss with seafood
