Suggest a better descriptionCook pasta, drain and rinse under cold water. Place in large bowl and set aside.
Meanwhile, cut crabmeat into 1-inch pieces and dice bell pepper. Chop eggs and red onion. Grate parmesan and snip parsley. Add crabmeat, bell pepper, eggs, onion, cheese and parsley to pasta in bowl. Pour salad dressing over pasta mixture, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to allow flavours to blend.
To serve, fill serving bowl with lettuce. Spoon pasta salad into centre of bowl.
