Suggest a better descriptionpour vegetable stock into a pot with 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil. Once boiling turn heat down to simmer.
Add water into a second pot and boil. Once boiling add rice and cook until soft.
Melt 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil onto frying pan and cook fish, prawns and calamari. Once cooked place aside.
Add another 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil to pan and cook all vegetables, then add rice and paprika and mix.
Pour half the vegetable stock over the rice mix and boil on high heat. Keep on high until the stock dissipates.
Add in fish, prawns and calamari and mix through, then pour remainder of stock in. Continue cooking until all stock is absorbed then allow to sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle fresh herbs over to serve.
