Cook pasta as directed on box. In large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, vegetables and crabmeat. Combine salad dressing and Parmesan cheese. Gradually add Italian dressing, mixing well. Add to pasta mixture, mix lightly. Chill several hours or overnight.
