Simple & Tasty Frittata - Kids love this recipe! Even they can make it.
1. Grease bottom of baking dish with oil spray
2. Par boil potatoes until just soft.
3. Layer potatoes at the bottom of baking dish.
4. Place red onion pieces on top of potatoes.
5. Layer smoked salmon on top of onion & potatoes.
5. Place smoked oysters & Capers on to of smoked salmon.
6. Season with salt & peper to taste.
6. Beat eggs, cream and garlic together and pour over layed seafood.
7. Sprinkle cheese over top of mixuture.
7. Bake in 180C oven for approximately 30-40 mins until egg mixture has set and
cheese is golden brown.
