For the Spaghetti
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and reserve 1 cup cooking liquid, (in case needed).
In a large pan over medium high heat melt butter in olive oil. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds, or until garlic releases its fragrance, stirring constantly. Add wine, lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Bring mixture to boil reduce to simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add seafood, heat through, add hot spaghetti, 1/2 cup parmesan, and salt, mix well to combine. If pasta is to dry add cooking liquid a little at a time, until proper consistency is achieved.
In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add bread crumbs and kosher salt, stir continuously to toast, about 3-5 minutes. Remove bread crumbs from heat stir in garlic, parsley, and lemon zest.
Plate spaghetti, serve with Gremolata
Bucatini works well for this recipe, gives it more tooth.
