This is one of my creations, for the pasta pesto crunchy lovers!
1. Bring the olive oil to a gentle heat, stir fry the the mixed seafood and nuts to golden brown, add salt and pepper , glaze with white wine
2. Boil the spinach fettuccine until al'dente, then shift the water away
3. In a large cooking pot mixed the cooked seafood & nuts with the fettuccine & Julian cooked fresh spinach
4. Plate on deep plates and top with Parmesan cheese.
