Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over beef. Cover and back at 350 for about 5 hours, turning beef occasionally.
Remove from oven, and separate the beef from the sauce by pouring sauce into a container.
Shred beef using a fork.
Just prior to serving, heat the sauce and pour over the shredded beef. Mix together.
Serve on bread rolls or separately.
