heat oil and garlic in crock pot at medium high
place cutlets, salt, pepper and oil on top and sear them in the pan 4 min each side
add wine and cook off alcohol 2 min.
Lower to medium
throw in rosemary and sage and let simmer for 30 min.
Turn the cutlets halfway through.
in separate pan saute mushrooms with garlic
take out cutlets and let them rest.
take off the heat and add mushrooms, coconut milk and stir.
Serve with a ribbon pasta
