Marinate tuna 30 mins in mixture of fresh lime juice, siracha sauce, Tamari and red wine vinegar.
While tuna is marinating, mix salad and chill in fridge
Dress the salad with vinaigrette: Start with honey mustard vinaigrette then add Thai chili sauce and fresh lemon juice to taste.
Sear tuna in sesame oil on both sides. Deglaze pan with Tamari, slice tuna and serve warm on chilled salad
