Blend all ingredients except crackers in a large mixing bowl. Toss in crackers, making sure to coat them all in the seasoned oil mixture. Let them sit for 10-15 minutes, tossing often. Spread crackers on a cookie sheet in a single layer and bake at 250 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Let cool. Enjoy!
I use a metal bowl (because it does not absorb odor) and a large rubber spatula to toss crackers so they don't break up.
