Mix together and kneed till strings develop.
Separate into sausage rolls, wrap and tie in cheesecloth, and steam for 45 minutes.
Remove the cheesecloth and cool the seitan. Slice into thin slices
Heat some olive oil in a pan and pan fry the seitan slices to lightly char.
