Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring milk, sugar, salt and vanilla bean to a boil. Using a whisk, mix in the semolina and butter. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Garnish with the berries, cream, and mint. This recipe yields 6 servings.
