Semur Lidah ala mami
1. Lidah dipresto dengan air banyak hingga terendam sempurna (30-50 menit)
2. Keluarkan lidah yang sudah empuk, kupas dan potong2.
3. Tumis bawang merah dengan margarin, masukkan lidah
4. Masukkan kecap, garam, merica, pala.
5. Tuangkan semua ke kaldu lidah (air rebusan lidah)
6. Masukkan tomat potongan, rebus sampai matang
Lidah HARUS sudah empuk. Pastikan rasanya kuat supaya tidak bau lidah, dan pastikan untuk memotong dulu bagian lemak-lemak dan kotorannya sebelum dipresto supaya kaldunya bersih
