Great salad!

In a sauté pan: Take a pkg. of Ramen Noodles (bang on counter until broken into pieces).
The recipe calls for two pkgs. if the Book Choy is large, often use two heads of Bok Choy
and keep everything else the same.
Put 3 tablespoons of oil in the pan, add the broken noodles, 2 garlic cloves crushed or 1
teaspoon of garlic powder, 2 oz. of Sesame Seeds. Sauce until slightly brown & cool in fridge.
Boil for one minute: Oil, sugar, soy saucer & cider vinegar. Cool in fridge. Shake up before
pouring over salad.
Combine all ingredients when ready to serve.
