Suggest a better description** Slice beef about 2 inches x 4 inches x 1/2 inch Combine soy sauce, pepper, sugar, vinegar, garlic, chili and sesame oils in a bowl. Add steak pieces. Marinate approximately 2 hours, turning the meat over occasionally. Broil meat over hot coals. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds just before serving.
