2. While rice is cooking, in med. skillet or wok, brown beef over med. heat until no longer pink. Remove beef from skillet, drain and set aside.
3. Heat sesame oil in skillet over med - high heat. Add garlic and gr. onion, Stirfry for 2 min. Add rice and soy sauce, stir fry for 2 more min.
4. Return beef to skillet with rice and veggie mixture and season with pepper flakes to taste. Stir until well combined and heated through, about 2 min. Enjoy!
