From Stephanie's Cook Book
Trim fat from steak and cut diagonally across the grain into 1/8" slices (this is easier if meat is partially frozen.) Mix next six ingredients in a plastic bowl. Stir in beef until well coated. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Drain beef. Cook and stir sesame seeds in a 10" skillet over medium heat until golden. Set aside. Heat 1 Tbl oil in the same skillet until hot. Add beef. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until light brown, about 3-4 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
Needs to marinade at least 30 minutes.
